New Lamp Provides Premium UV Technology To Genesis™ Line
Jonesboro, Arkansas – September 2005 – Dan Shine, Director of JK-Light, is pleased to announce the addition of the well-known and highly acclaimed 9K90® family of lamps by Cosmedico® to its Genesis™ line of fluorescent tanning lamps.
According to Cosmedico Light, Inc: The revolutionary 9K90® technology uses a precise blend of four phosphors. This blend has never been employed in a tanning lamp and one of the four phosphors has never before been used in any lamp product. Three of the component phosphors are “UVA” based and the fourth is a high maintenance “UVB” emitter. This blend produces a spectrum unlike that of any other low-pressure sunlamp. The spectral power distribution produced by the 9K90® technology has been shifted to the right and is found at +/- 365 nanometers. This spectral power distribution mirrors that of filtered high-pressure lamps. 9K90® lamps provide all the benefits of high-pressure tanning in a low-pressure format!
